Hilltop, closer to home
Same owner as the Balompie in San Francisco's Mission District, now by Hilltop Mall and close to Contra Costa College. If the city was your pupusa spot, there's one in the East Bay now.
Start with the pupusas
Try the revueltas, with chicharrón and queso, or the pork, bean and cheese. We also have steak and cheese, chorizo and veggie.
Room for the whole group
The dining room is large, with a bar and bar stools, and there's a stone-columned patio out front. Bring the family or the whole game-day crew.
